ReHome is here to bridge that gap, offering housing finance assistance to displaced families, enabling them to secure stable homes and begin to  rebuild their lives.

Down Payment Assistance

 

ReHome funds up to 30% of the home purchase price, up to

NIS 1million.

​

We negotiate preferential mortgage terms to lower costs.

Flexible Repayment

​

Loans are repaid partially through monthly payments for the first ten years and then in full once families receive compensation, sell their home, or refinance, without penalty.

Investors in ReHome directly contribute to systemic change, helping displaced families secure homes and rebuild their lives.

ReHome provides families with up to 30% of the home value, up to NIS 1million, the lower of the two. This capital is to be used to form part of the downpayment required to purchase a new home.

These funds are structured as a flexible loan, repayable over time through mechanisms such as compensation from the government, refinancing, or home sales.
